Dr. Ilan Preiss
Dr. Ilan Preiss is a highly experienced and skilled cosmetic dentist and the only dentist in Israel who is a member of both the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).
Recognition: Dr. Preiss was listed among the top 25 cosmetic dentists in the UK and has won the “National Smile Award” in Britain twice, along with three Gold Customer Service Awards.
Lecturer and Award Winner: He has lectured worldwide on cosmetic dentistry and digital dentistry advancements. In 2009, Dr. Preiss won the prestigious “Smile Awards” in England for the most successful smile makeover. He also received a national award in 2010 for creating a winning smile using aesthetic porcelain veneers.
Training and Memberships: Dr. Preiss completed a one-year implant course and is a member of both the British and American Academies of Cosmetic Dentistry, as well as the Implant Association.
Innovator and Collaborator: The worlds leading tooth straightening clear aligner system is INVISALIGN and Dr Preiss trains dentists in how to use this system and problem solves issues with any cases the dentists may have.
He works with 3M and lectures on LAVA to study groups. He is among a select group of dentists in England chosen to use and present an intraoral scanner that will eventually eliminate the need for traditional impression materials.

Dr. Shay Telam – Dentist
Dr. Shay Telam is a dentist specializing in medical aesthetics. He is committed to integrity, honesty, and achieving natural results tailored to patients of all genders and styles.
Dr. Telam completed his studies at Tel Aviv University’s School of Dentistry and underwent advanced aesthetic training at the Roses Clinic, as well as specialized training with leading companies using the most innovative materials.
Dr. Telam specializes in hyaluronic acid treatments, Botox treatments, facial sculpting, and hair treatments for both men and women. In addition, he teaches aesthetics to young doctors and participates in conferences in Israel and worldwide on aesthetic innovation.
In his free time, Dr. Telam enjoys working out at the gym, binge-watching true crime documentaries on Netflix, and traveling with his dog, Tony.
Inessa Miller Dental Hygienist
Inessa has been with smile studio for close to 10 years and in this time has built up a large following among our patients. Inessa is known for having a light touch and always being able to put the patient at ease. Inessa loves attending the hygiene courses and conferences to always learn the latest techniques.
Ira Nachshanov, Dental Hygienist
Ira Nachshanov is a highly valued member of the Smile Studio team, bringing over 20 years of dental hygiene experience. With a background working alongside some of Israel’s leading periodontal specialists, Ira is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal dental health.
Whether treating anxious patients or managing clinically complex cases, Ira’s gentle touch and warm demeanor ensure every patient feels comfortable and cared for. She is dedicated to making every hygiene visit a positive and enjoyable experience.

ERIC MILTSCH … Oral surgeon
Dr. Eric Miltsch has been a key member of the smile studio team since 2019, bringing decades of expertise in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He specializes in surgical services such as dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom tooth extractions, surgical extractions, and oral pathology.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Miltsch earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. He went on to complete a five-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the same institution. Following his residency, Dr. Miltsch practiced in Pittsburgh before relocating to Davenport, Iowa, where he spent 15 years in private practice. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Iowa in 2010.
A member of The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1998, Dr. Miltsch received his Israeli Dental Certificate in 2010 and has been practicing in Israel ever since. He is also a proud member of the Israel Dental Association.
Dr. Miltsch and his wife made Aliyah from Iowa, USA, in 2010 and now live in Ra’anana with their five children.
Victoria Zalmykin, Head Nurse
Victoria Zalmykin is at the heart of Smile Studio, bringing over 20 years of dental nursing experience and a decade of dedicated partnership with Dr. Ilan Preiss. Known for her warm and professional approach, Victoria ensures every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their dental visits.
With extensive knowledge of cosmetic dentistry, Victoria is also adept at advising patients on the most suitable treatments for their individual needs. Additionally, she runs and operates the clinic’s on-site dental laboratory, crafting high-quality dental models and retainers to the highest standards.

Dana Preiss brings over 15 years of experience in dental management to Smile Studio, ensuring a seamless patient journey from start to finish. With a Master’s degree in Economics from Vienna University, Dana combines her organizational expertise with a passion for patient care, making her an invaluable asset to the team.
Outside of her professional role, Dana is a true athlete. She holds a black belt in Taekwondo, teaches the sport, and enjoys running, skiing, and staying active. A keen traveler and mother of four, Dana balances her dynamic lifestyle with dedication and energy, contributing to the warm and efficient environment of Smile Studio.
